We help organisations and individuals resolve conflict through two complementary services: independent workplace investigations when facts need establishing, and mediation when dialogue can repair relationships.

Mediation Services

Mediation is a structured, voluntary process that allows people in conflict to reach their own agreement with the help of an impartial mediator. With a very high success rate, mediation is faster, less stressful, and much more affordable than going to court - and it helps preserve relationships rather than damaging them.

At Conflict Resolution Ltd, we offer:

Civil Mediation for disputes between individuals and consumers, including contested probate, neighbour disagreements, property disputes, and consumer matters.

Commercial Mediation for business-to-business disputes and contractual disagreements.

 

Workplace Mediation to resolve employee conflicts and rebuild working relationships.

We conduct independent, impartial investigations into workplace matters including grievances, disciplinary issues, allegations of misconduct, policy breaches, internal theft, and fraud. With 25+ years of criminal and regulatory investigation experience, we provide rigorous fact-finding and legally defensible outcomes that protect both organisations and individuals.

Our Approach

 

Led by Jon Dunn, who holds accreditations as both a mediator (ACIArb, CMC, IMI) and investigator (Level 7 Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice), our approach is calm, impartial, and solution-focused. With 25+ years of investigative experience across regulatory bodies including HMRC, the Gambling Commission, and British Horseracing Authority, we bring professional rigour and empathy to every case.
